Laguna PF3000 24W Pressure Flo Filter

The Laguna Pressure-Flo pond filter line has undergone re-engineering to enhance its performance and usability. The new Pressure Flo filters come equipped with a variety of improvements aimed at simplifying maintenance procedures and delivering more efficient filtration.

Starting from the filter handles to the diverter valve, each component has been redesigned and reinforced. The cleaning handles now feature an ergonomically designed grip with reinforced brush connections. The diverter valve has been reshaped and enlarged to accommodate a new cleaning indicator system, making the patented Backwash Cleaning System easier to operate.

Yearly UV bulb maintenance has been made easier with enhancements to the UVC-Head. The screws that attach the head to the filter unit are now permanently connected, eliminating the risk of misplacing or losing screws during maintenance.

In addition to the physical improvements, the new filters boast increased filtration capabilities. The mechanical filter pads have been fortified to be 10 times stronger than the current pad foams, ensuring they maintain their shape and performance. The UV clarification feature has been enhanced with larger, more powerful UV bulbs. The shift to Bio-Lava rock filter media has improved biological filtration by providing increased surface areas to support the growth of healthy bacteria, resulting in cleaner and healthier water. Please note that biological filtration is not included in the Pressure Flo 1000 model number PT1725.

The Pressure-Flo 3000 is specifically designed to work alongside a solids handling pump, such as the Laguna Max-Flo 2000 Waterfall and filter pump. When connected to the pump, water enters the unit through a water inlet and passes through the mechanical filtration stage, which consists of highly durable foam filters that trap dirt and debris effectively.
